1. Returns Eligibility

- Our support team will review your request and share return instructions if eligible.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or wrong.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it:
- We will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refunded amount will reflect in your bank or wallet as per gateway timelines.
4. No Return on Certain Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Used or opened cleaning products
- Bulk purchases for resale
- Items marked as “Non-returnable” during sale or special promotions
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund after verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
